Mango is a very good fruits both raw and ripe mangoes also have a number of health benefits that supply the body with healthy fibre that boosting immunity and keeping us hydrated also help to improve digestion. The mango tree has much more to give us on health benefit than just its juicy and delicious fruit and also even the mango leaves can provide us  with a lot of health benefits for example the shiny green leaves have a number of health benefits, which can be used traditionally as herbs that has been used in home remedies in ancient medicinal practices.

One of the  benefit of mango leaves can also be helpful to  manage and control diabetes also helps to regulate blood sugar levels and have a powerful antioxidant properties and have numbers of medicinal benefits.

Mango leaves generally have a  purplish reddish color when they are young, but as soon as they the become mature, they change to dark green with a pale underneath. They have a powerful antioxidant features and are rich in phenol and flavonoids by boiling mango leaves in water and  are also consumed both in extraction and powder it also have anti-microbial properties and the young leaves have a number of medicinal benefits.

Based on my research i discovered that the leaves have also been used in the ancient Chinese medicine to control diabetes and asthma also fight cholesterol in the blood having an abundant nutrients, Vitamin C and fibre in the leaves. one can manage and diabetes using a home remedy by drinking the water that is been boiled with about 15 fresh mango leaves after letting it stay over night.
